Hi! I am a former elementary teacher and reading specialist, momma to two amazing (and wild) boys, certified sleep and potty training consultant and owner of Mama Bear Sleep Consultant. I have been working with families all over the world for the last six years to resolve the sleep issues their little one is facing. After working with Violet myself as a first time mom with a troubled sleeper, our lives were changed! I knew from then on that I wanted to help other families like my own. I have had the pleasure to work with the most amazing parents, caregivers, and children and watched them grow. I work closely with families through personalized sleep plans and unlimited text, call and email support so that we can ensure the process is working for their family using a variety of methods and strategies as well as making sure we target all of the factors that contribute to healthy sleep habits and routines.
